Many thanks to Wes for sharing this photo of what would be the rarest car made by Mardave, this beautiful Maserati 8ctf is one of only 2 made in the very early 1970s, the car was pretty much productionised but only sold one due to racers being worried about damaging such a great looking detailed model. The body sits on a folded chassis and would have been driven by an engine inline with a bevel drive gear, the driver featured flexible arms with the intention to link the steering wheel to the front linkage giving the effect of the driver steering the car!
